Collection: The Day Dreamery

The Day Dreamery

I have a habit of returning from a trip with pockets full of entirely unnecessary things.

A tiny silver pendant from Kashmir. A strand of pearls from Singapore. Clasps from a nondescript store in Bali. They all come back with me, get tucked into boxes and pouches, and then... they wait.

Sometimes they wait for years. I even forget about them until inspiration strikes one afternoon while rummaging through plastic ziplock bags filled with unfinished necklaces. Then I spot that Tibetan pendant I picked up in Dharamshala years ago, staring back at me as though it's been patiently waiting its turn. Or I finish a chapter of a book, read a poem that lingers longer than expected, or find myself thinking about Calcutta or Ladakh, and suddenly everything on my workbench rearranges itself. Before I know it, the necklace I had planned to make has politely stepped aside for the one that clearly had other ideas.

Those are the pieces you'll find in The Day Dreamery.

Collections are wonderfully organised. The Day Dreamery is not.

This is where I put the pieces that refuse to follow the brief. The Day Dreamery isn't built around a launch calendar, a neatly planned theme, or a seasonal edit. There is no fixed destination for this collection. It simply gathers itself through the year, shaped by curiosity, travel, mood, impulse, and the occasional delightful distraction.

Some days deserve a plan. Others deserve a little day dreaming. ♡
