Refund policy
Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. We do not refund or exchange for sizing issues.
In case of a return:
- Please inform us within 2 days of receipt of order. Email us at orders@ninebythirty.com with a photograph of the product and the package.
- Once we authorize the return, we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
- We will issue a refund (excluding shipping charges) to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
- Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
