Shipping Information

At Nine By Thirty, you have the following 2 options -
  1. Self Collection - You / family / friend could have a cuppa with us and pick up your products from our office in Singapore anytime
  2. Registered Parcel - Get it shipped through standard registered parcel
Shipping Charges:
    • Singapore: On all orders shipped within Singapore, will be done through Singapore post and a standard S$7 will be charged.
    • International: On orders shipped outside Singapore, we charge a flat shipping rate based on the zones mentioned below
      • Americas: SGD 14
      • Europe and Africa: SGD 15
      • Middle East Asia: SGD 18
      • Other countries in Asia, Australia and New Zealand: SGD 12

    *Custom Duty if levied at the destination country, must be borne by the paying customer.

    Transit Time:

    • Within Singapore, orders are delivered within 3 business days.
    • International deliveries
      • Registered parcel takes 1 - 3 weeks to deliver and
    *Typical transit times. This doesn't take into account, delays due to customs or other extraneous circumstances.

    Please Note:
    • We are a small business, please allow us 2 days before we ship your orders.Calculate transit time thereafter.
    • VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. We are unable to advise duty amount. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
    • We provide order tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you once we dispatch your order.
    • Due to regulations with regards to shipping jewelry internationally, orders over USD 500 will be split into multiple shipments. Nine by Thirty will absorb the additional shipping charges.

    Returns & Exchange

    All our products are handcrafted and have been individually picked from a variety of locations. We also pride ourselves with gathering some really vintage pieces, sometimes only one of a kind. Each product is therefore unique and different from each other. Do bear this in mind before asking for a return.

    Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.
    Please ensure
    • You double check the shipping address for mistakes.
    • You provide a contact number on the address.
    • Someone is there to pick up. Our courier agencies will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.
    • Carefully see the product description for size.
    In case of a return,
    1. Please inform us within 2 days of receipt of order. Please email us at with a photograph of the product and the package.
    2. Once we authorize the return, we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
    3. We will issue a refund (including shipping charges) to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
