Shipping Information

At NineByThirty, we are just as excited as you are to unite you with your newly purchased treasures! We will ship your purchases out as soon as we can, usually within 2 business days

Local Shipping (Singapore Only):

Our Singapore customers have 2 options:

    • Self Collection - You or your family or friend could have a cuppa with us and pick up your products from our office in Singapore anytime. Please contact us on to set up a time for pick up.
    • Local Delivery - Get it shipped by local courier for a flat rate of SGD 7. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days from date of shipping.

    International Shipping:

    Our worldwide customers are served by international courier (DHL or similar), with the shipping cost varying slightly by location. Some shipping addresses may also have a Registered Parcel option, however do note that the delivery times on this are significantly higher than international courier.

    Transit Time (from shipping date):

    • Local Delivery (Singapore): 1-3 business days
    • International Courier (DHL): 5-7 business days*
    • International Registered Parcel: 3-4 weeks
    *Some remote locations may take between 7-10 days

      Please Note:

        • Transit times mentioned are estimates and do not take into account delays due to customs or other extraneous circumstances.
        • VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. We are unable to advise duty amounts. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
        • We provide order tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you once we dispatch your order.

          Returns & Exchanges

          Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product.

          Please ensure that:

          • You check product description for size before purchasing. We do not do alterations or customizations. 
          • You double check the shipping address for any mistakes.
          • You provide an active contact number on the address.
          • Someone is there to receive the parcel. Our courier agencies will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.

          All our products are handcrafted and the vintage elements are often individually selected from a variety of locations. Each product is therefore unique and one of a kind. Do bear this in mind before asking for an exchange. In the event your product is damaged, we will attempt to replace it with something similar and/or of equal value.

          In case of a return,
          1. Please inform us within 2 days of receipt of order. Please email us at with a photograph of the product and the package.
          2. Once we authorize the return, we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
          3. We will issue a refund (excluding shipping charges) to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
